1. Program Description
Tune Up AI Solutions LLC DBA FLUENT may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in through any lead generation form — including forms hosted on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), our website, or other platforms. Messages may include promotional offers, program updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By voluntarily submitting your name, phone number, and contact information, you consent to receive SMS text messages and emails from Tune Up AI Solutions LLC DBA FLUENT regarding our AI training programs, services, and related communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (407) 470-0221. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
4. Opt In Again
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Fluent is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
